What is often more important? Take care of the body; it could be the just one you will get. It could last well past a hundred years of vitality and wellness. Here are a few things we could do every day:
1. Make one better decision with what you consume. Drop the sugar or salt you generally supplment your food. Enjoy one less beer, or another helping of fiber or greens. Move away from white flour. Stop purchasing the things with the supermarket that will not support your quality of life. If they are not inside the kitchen, you are not as likely to eat them. Rethink the way you look at food: from the source of pleasure, to your supply of necessary fuel. Food is fuel. Bad fuel causes engine failure. Good fuel wins races.
2. Drink more water. Put a gallon of water in the refrigerator and earn it your main goal to take it every day.
3. Add one more physical activity. Walk the stairs rather than using elevator. Walk towards the mailbox. Hire a personal trainer. Stretch. Do something fun and physical every day.
4. Take time to relax … even 20 minutes each day can certainly produce a difference. Give yourself permission to lie within the hammock or require a quiet bath.
